Our Story

Mickala’s Owner/Managing Director began the business in 2007 as a labour hire business with one client and one site which Mickala to this day still supply. Today we employ multiskilled and professional people from diverse backgrounds, committed to providing our clients with exceptional service across multiple sites.

In 2011, Mickala expanded into LED lighting towers and after 5 years of searching for the perfect lighting tower decided to make our own. Mickala have perfected the art of lighting tower solutions. We have the ability to design and manufacturer our own reliable lighting towers that we know truly benefits all industries.

Mickala’s “Innovation through continuous improvement” has allowed us to produce a specific industry designed LED lighting tower that reduces costs by adopting our proven model. Each lighting tower is inspected by our factory trained technicians who ensure there is no impact on sites production once mobilised to site.

As a group today Mickala employs over 320 people globally. We are the largest privately owned LED lighting tower OEM having manufactured over 1000 towers. Mickala develops 100% of our assets internally, this allows us to control our IP and most importantly our quality.

Maintenance

The Mickala Service programs can result in savings of up to 70% in operational expenditure. We have significantly reduced an estimated AUD$250mil from our customers bottom line and had a major reduction in our global carbon footprint

Warranty

All LED lights are covered by our 3-year warranty and should not need replacing for up to 60,000 hours. Warranty can be significantly extended if our factory staff maintain the assets on any of our maintenance agreements. Please contact us for more information
